FEI_L2/4/hwBoardServiceMisMatchAlarm_active: The board does not support the service.(EntityPhysicalIndex= [EntityPhysicalIndex], EntPhysicalName= [EntPhysicalName], ServiceName = [ServiceName], Precautions =[Precautions]).

Description

The service is not supported for the board hardware.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
EntityPhysicalIndex	Indicates the index of the physical entity.
EntPhysicalName	Indicates the name of the physical entity.
ServiceName	Service name.
Precautions	Precaution.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: A board that does not support the service was installed on the device. Alternatively, a board that does not support the service has been installed on a device, and the service was newly configured.
Cause 2: The number of delivered label indexes exceeded the maximum number supported by the board.

Procedure

1.Undo the configuration or change the board that does not support the service.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 3.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 2.

2.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

3.End.
