Description
User services on the RUI backup device failed to be recovered for a long period of time.
Possible Causes
User services on the RUI backup device failed to be recovered for a long period of time.
Procedure
1.Check whether the board, subcard, or interface through which users go online is faulty.
- If the board, subcard, or interface is faulty, go to step 2.
- If the board, subcard, or interface is not faulty, go to step 3.
2.After the fault is rectified, wait for 90 minutes and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to step 4.
- If the alarm persists, go to step 3.
3.Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
4.End.
