Message

CONFIGURATION/4/hwCfgB2STransferFail: Failed to transfer the configuration file to (index=[hwCfgBackupIndex]) server [hwCfgBackupServerIp] through [hwCfgBackupProtocol] when automatically backing up the configuration.

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The configuration file failed to be backed up to the server.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

hwCfgBackupIndex

Index of the server table.

hwCfgBackupServerIp

IP address of a server.

hwCfgBackupProtocol

File transfer mode.

Possible Causes

  • The server is unreachable.
  • The password is incorrect.
  • The user name does not exist.
  • The server path does not exist.
