CLKM/2/hwClockNotInLockedMode_active: The work mode of system clock source out trace. (hwClockAttributeChassisIndex=[hwClockAttributeChassisIndex], hwClockChassisId=[hwClockChassisId], hwClockAttributeSysClkLockMode=[hwClockAttributeSysClkLockMode])
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
hwClockAttributeChassisIndex |
Indicates the index of the chassis where the non-PTP clock source is located. In the case of a single chassis, the index is 1. For a chassis where a PTP clock source is located, the index is invalid. |
hwClockChassisId |
Chassis id of the clock source. |
hwClockAttributeSysClkLockMode |
Lock mode of system clock.Inter-chassis synchronization type. values: freeRun(0). fastLock(1). lock(2). hold(3). |
Cause1: No external clock source could be traced.
Cause2: The external clock source was unqualified due to some defects such as frequency offset.
Cause3: The synchronization mode of the clock was forcibly set to free.
1. Run the display clock config command to check whether the working mode of the clock is normal.
2. Run the display clock source command to check whether an available clock source is configured to be traced. For example, check whether the clock source is in a correct state, whether the user is configured with a priority, and whether the clock source is configured with a valid SSM level.
3. Configure the clock again. For details, see Clock Synchronization Configuration in Configuration Guide - Basic Configuration.
Run the clock run-mode normal command to configure the clock source to work in normal mode and check whether the configuration succeeds.
4. Collect the alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
5. End.
