BRASAAA/4/hwHDtoFTPFail: Fail to upload the bills from Cfcard to TFTP server.

This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

Bills on the CF card or hard disk failed to be uploaded to the FTP server.

Parameters

None

Possible Causes

Cause 1: A network fault occurred.

Cause 2: The bill server's user name or password was incorrect.

Procedure

Cause 1: The network is faulty.

1. Run the display local-bill configuration command to check the CDR server configuration and confirm the IP address of the CDR server. Run the bill-server ip-address filename file-name command in the local-aaa-server view to configure the correct IP address of the CDR server.

If the fault is rectified, go to Step 3.
If the fault persists, go to Step 2.

2. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

3. End.

Cause 2: The username or password of the CDR server is incorrect.

1. Run the bill-server filename ip-address [user-name file-name password cipher cipher-password port] command in the local-aaa-server view to configure the correct username and password for logging in to the CDR server.

If the fault is rectified, go to Step 3.
If the fault persists, go to Step 2.

2. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
