Description

The CMP session failed to download the certificate.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

SessionName

CMP session name.

RequestType

Session type.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 1: There is no reachable route between the device and CMP server.
  • Cause 2: The PKI configurations of the device and CMP server are incorrect.

Procedure

  • Cause 1: There is no reachable route between the device and CMP server.

    Run the ping command to check whether the route between the device and CMP server is reachable. If the route is unreachable, check the route and link to ensure that the route is reachable.

  • Cause 2: The PKI configurations of the device and CMP server are incorrect.

    Check whether the CMP server is running properly. If not, make sure that the service of the CMP server is normal.
