BRASL2TP/4/L2tpUserInfoBackupFail: Failed to add L2TP backup-user(Slot=[Slot],TunnelID=[TunnelID],SessionID=[SessionID],LocalIPAddress=[LocalIPAddress],PeerIPAddress=[PeerIPAddress],FailReason=[FailReason]).

This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

Fail to add l2tp backup user, and print the information of bakcup user and the failed reason.

Parameters

Slot	Slot ID.
TunnelID	Tunnel ID.
SessionID	Session ID.
LocalIPAddress	Local IP Address.
PeerIPAddress	Peer IP Address.
FailReason	Fail Reason.

Possible Causes

Cause 1:The tunnel number of the slot has exceeded the max number.

Cause 2:The session number of the slot has exceeded the max number.

Cause 3:The user number of the slot has exceeded the max number.

Cause 4:The forward resources of the slot has exceeded the max number.

Cause 5:The HQOS resources of the slot has exceeded the max number.

Procedure

Change the configuration, make the failed user to another slot with less user.
