OAM received an AIS packet.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: An interface on the server-layer link was shut down, interrupting services.
Cause 2: The server-layer link was congested, interrupting services.

Procedure

1. Run the display interface command to check whether any physical interface connecting to the MPLS TE tunnel is shut down.

If a physical interface is shut down, go to Step 2.
If no physical interface is shut down, go to Step 3.

2. Run the undo shutdown command to enable the closed physical interface. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
