1. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether the loopback local command is configured on PW-side interfaces corresponding to the BD.
2. Log in to the device and run the reset loop-detect eth-loop vsi vsi-name { all | peer pw-id } command to unblock the PW and check whether hwMflpPwResume is reported. If hwMflpPwResume is not reported, go to Step 3.
3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

2. Check whether the PW recovers after the block-time specified in the loop-detect eth-loop command expires. If the PW does not recover, go to Step 3.
