1. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether OAM configurations of the ingress and egress of an MPLS tunnel are correct.
2. Remove OAM configuration errors.
3. Run the display mpls te tunnel-interface command to check whether the detected MPLS tunnel is Up.
4. See MPLS_LSPM_1.3.6.1.2.1.10.166.3.0.2 mplsTunnelDown and rectify the tunnel Down fault.
5. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
