Description

OAM detection configurations on two ends of an MPLS tunnel were different.

Possible Causes

1. The LSR IDs or tunnel IDs configured on the source and sink NEs of a tunnel were inconsistent.

2. Physical links were incorrectly connected.

Procedure

1. Run the display mpls oam ingress and display mpls oam egress commands to check whether OAM detection configurations on both ends are the same.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Reconfigure the OAM function on both ends. Then check whether MPLS_LSPM_1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.121.2.1.37 hwMplsOamMisMatchRecovery is reported.

If so, go to Step 4.
If not, go to Step 3.

3. Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration information, and then Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel..
