NP packet loss cause count suddenly continues to increase beyond the preset threshold to report the alarm, and the alarm will be cancelled if the alarm is restored to within the threshold.

The alarm is generated when the packet loss rate of corresponding to Cause meets either of the following conditions:
1. The packet loss rate increase by 10 times within a consecutive of two periods and the value exceeds 10000 pps.
2. The packet loss rate doubles within a consecutive of 10 periods and the value exceeds 2000 pps.
