Possible Causes

Cause 0: The optical module failed.
Cause 1: The optical fiber failed.

Procedure

1.Replace the optical module and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to End.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 2.

2.Replace the optical fiber and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to End.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

3.Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
