1. Check the link between failure port and peer port to make sure the link is normal. Check whether the fault is rectified.
2. Run the display interface interface-type interface-number command in the user view to check the status of failure port and peer port.
3. If the failure port or peer port is in managing down status, then enter the interface view and run the undo shutdown command, check whether the fault is rectified.
4. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
