PTP/3/hwPtpStandardTimeOffsetOver_active: The ptp standard time offset is abnormal. (hwPtpStandardTimeOffset=[hwPtpStandardTimeOffset], hwPtpAlarmThresholdStandardTimeOffset=[hwPtpAlarmThresholdStandardTimeOffset])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The PTP absolute time offset exceeded the threshold.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
hwPtpStandardTimeOffset	The standard time offset.
hwPtpAlarmThresholdStandardTimeOffset	Threshold of the standard time offset.

Possible Causes

The deviation between the external baseline reference time and PTP time is out of the specified value range.

Procedure

1. Adjust the time of the current PTP time source to be the same as the external baseline time, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
