PTP/3/hwPtpTimeOffsetSumOver_active: The ptp time offset sum is abnormal. (hwPtpTimeOffsetSumP2P=[hwPtpTimeOffsetSumP2P], hwPtpAlarmThresholdOffsetSum=[hwPtpAlarmThresholdOffsetSum])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The accumulated PTP time offsets exceeded threshold.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
hwPtpTimeOffsetSumP2P	Accumulated and peak time offset values.
hwPtpAlarmThresholdOffsetSum	Threshold of the sum of time offset.

Possible Causes

The accumulated value of the time offset used for system clock adjustment within 15 minutes plus the peak value is out of the specified value range.

Procedure

1. Check whether the current time is locked.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and check whether the time is locked.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 4.

3. Wait for 5 minutes and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 5.
If not, go to Step 4.

4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
