L2VPN/3/hwPwApsIdMismatch_active: APS reported an ID mismatch alarm. (PwApsId=[PwApsId], PWID=[PWID], PWTYPE=[PWTYPE], PWPeerIp=[PWPeerIp], PwIndex=[PwIndex])

Description

The local and remote APS IDs of the master and backup RSGs did not match.

Parameters

PWPeerIp	Destination address of the PW
PwIndex	Interface index of the PW

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The master and backup RSGs did not have their local or remote APS IDs configured.
Cause 2: The local and remote APS IDs of the master and backup RSGs did not match.

Procedure

The troubleshooting procedure is as follows:

1. Run the display mpls l2vpn pw-aps command on the master and backup RSGs to check if their local and remote APS IDs are consistent.

If they are consistent, go to Step 3.
If they are inconsistent, go to Step 2.

2. Run the pw-aps and remote-aps aps-id command to reconfigure the APS IDs and check if the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
