Procedure

• Cause 1: The RBS closed the TCP connection.

  1.Run the display this command in the RBS view to check whether the shutdown configuration exists.

  • If the shutdown configuration exists, go to Step 6.
  • If the shutdown configuration does not exist, go to Step 2.

  2.Run the display remote-backup-service command on two devices that back up each other to check RBS information.

  The local IP address of the local device must be the same as the peer IP address of the backup device.

  The peer IP address of the local device must be the same as the local IP address of the backup device.

  The same port number must be configured for the TCP connections on the two devices that back up each other.

  Check whether the following conditions are met:

  • If the conditions are met, go to Step 4.
  • If the conditions are not met, go to Step 3.

  3.Run the peer source source-ip-address port port-id command to reconfigure TCP connection parameters for the RBS.

  4.Run the ping command to check whether the peer device is reachable.

  5.Collect the trap, log, and configuration information, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel.

  6.End.

• Cause 2: The RBS's heartbeat timed out.

  The same as Cause 1.

• Cause 3: The peer end tore down the TCP connection.

  The same as Cause 1.

• Cause 4: Other unknown reasons caused the TCP connection to be torn down.

  The same as Cause 1.

• Cause 5: The RBS flow control takes a long time.
