SPM/2/hwRunningPatchDamaged_active: The patch package running on a board was damaged. (PhysicalName=[PhysicalName], PatchName=[PatchName])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

A patch package running on a board was damaged.

Parameters

Possible Causes

A patch package running on a board was damaged.

Procedure

1. Run the display device command and check whether the patch package on the slave main control board is damaged.

If yes, run the reset slot slot-id command to restart the slave main control board. The patch package can be fixed automatically.
If no, go to step 2.

2. Run the display device command and check whether only the patch package on the master main control board is damaged.

If yes, run the slave switchover command in the system view to perform a master/slave main control board switchover if conditions permit and services are not affected.
If no, go to step 3.

3. If the master/slave switchover cannot be performed or patch packages on both main control boards are damaged, ignore the alarm until the patch package of the next version is loaded using the patch load file-name all run command to clear the alarm.

If the alarm persists, go to step 4.

4. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
