Possible Causes

Cause 2:VC was created.
Cause 18:Interface was Up.
Cause 23:Tunnel was Up.
Cause 42:Local PSN fault was resumed.
Cause 78:In Label Resource Available.
Cause 95:AC token exceed resume.
