Cause 1:The number of access users exceeded the threshold.
Cause 2:The threshold was set too small.
1.In the system view, run the display current-configuration command to check whether the user resource threshold (dhcp-user-slot-warning-threshold/ppp-user-slot-warning-threshold/dhcp-user-warning-threshold/ppp-user-warning-threshold) is set too small.
2.If the number of users on a board exceeds the threshold, run the display access-user slot slot-id command in the system view to check whether the number of users reaches the threshold of the board. If so, replace it with a new one that can accommodate more user resources.
3.If the number of global user resources exceeds the threshold, run the display access-user command in the system view to check whether the number of current users reaches the upper threshold of the device. If so, add an interface board or go to Step 5.
4.Check whether the alarm is cleared.
5.Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
