L2VPN/4/hwVllVpnQosNotSupportTunnelAlarm_active: The public network tunnel to which the VLL service is diverted does not support traffic forwarding. (InterfaceName=[hwVLLACPortName], RemoteIP=[hwVLLPeerRemoteIp], TunnelType=[hwNotSupportTunnelType])

Description

A VLL service with VPN QoS configured is diverted to an unsupported public network tunnel.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

hwVLLACPortName

VLL AC interface.

hwVLLPeerRemoteIp

VLL remote peer IP address.

hwNotSupportTunnelType

Tunnel type.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 1: The BGP over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 2: The BGP over LDP over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 3: The LDP over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 4: The GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 5: The E2E-SRTE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 6: The SLSP over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 7: The BGP over SLSP over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.
  • Cause 8: The TE over GRE tunnel to which the VLL service with VPN QoS configured is iterated does not support traffic forwarding.

Procedure

1. Locate the interface based on the AC interface name in the alarm. Run the display this command in the interface view to check the bound tunnel policy. In the tunnel policy view, run the tunnel select-seq lsp load-balance-number command to change the tunnel to another type of tunnel. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 3.
  • If the alarm persists, go to Step 2.

2. Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
