DEVM/1/hwVoltRisingAlarm_active: SRM_BASE/2/VOLTRISINGALARM: OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.129.2.2.9 Voltage exceeded the upper prealarm limit. (EntityPhysicalIndex=[ULONG], EntityPhysicalIndex=[ULONG], BaseThresholdType=3, BaseThresholdEntityPhysicalIndex=[ULONG], BaseTrapSeverity=4, BaseTrapProbableCause=72704, BaseTrapEventType=6, EntPhysicalName=[STRING], BaseThresholdValue=[ULONG], BaseThresholdUnit=5, HighWarning=[ULONG], HighCritical=[ULONG])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The voltage of a physical entity exceeded the upper critical threshold.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

BaseTrapSeverity

To describe the level of trap.

BaseTrapProbableCause

To describe the probable cause of trap.

BaseTrapEventType

To describe the type of trap.

EntityPhysicalIndex

The index for this entry.

EntPhysicalName

The textual name of the physical entity.

BaseThresholdValue

Indicates the actual value.

BaseThresholdUnit

Indicates the unit of the value (mV).

BaseThresholdHighWarning

Indicates the minor upper limit.

BaseThresholdHighCritical

Indicates the upper critical limit.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The voltage exceeded the upper critical threshold.

Cause 2: The possible cause may be that the power supply module was faulty.

Procedure

1.Run the display voltage slot slot-id command in the user view to view the voltage of each board.

2.If the voltage of the board cannot be recovered, replace the board and then check whether the trap is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 4.
  • If not, go to Step 3.

3.Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration of the router, and contact technical support personnel.

4.End.
