Description

VPLS PW HQoS services are not supported on the public network tunnel.

Possible Causes

The VPLS PW HQoS service is carried over a GRE tunnel.

Procedure

1.Locate the VSI based on the VSI name in the alarm. Run the display this command in the VSI view to check the bound tunnel policy. In the tunnel policy view, run the tunnel select-seq lsp load-balance-number command to change the GRE tunnel to another type of tunnel.Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 3.
If the alarm persists, go to step 2.

2.Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
