QOS/4/hwXQoSHardPipeAlarm_active: The hard-pipe service on interface [interface-name] has reached [bandwidth-usage]% of interface's hard-pipe capability.
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Description
When the hard-pipe bandwidth usage reached 95%, a warning alarm was generated. When the hard-pipe bandwidth usage reached 98%, a threshold-crossing alarm was generated.

Possible Causes
The actual hard pipe service traffic exceeded the hard pipe's processing capability.
Procedure
1.Check whether the hard pipe bandwidth usage exceeds 95% (pre-alarm) or 98% (alarm).
- If yes, go to Step 2.
- If no, go to Step 3.
2.Increase the hard pipe bandwidth or reduce the volume of services deployed over the hard pipe. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
- If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.
3.Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
