This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Description
Bandwidth usage of the soft pipe reached 95% (pre-alarm) and 98% (threshold-crossing alarm).

Possible Causes
The actual soft pipe service traffic exceeded the soft pipe's processing capability.
Procedure
1.Increase the soft pipe bandwidth or reduce services deployed on the soft pipe. Then,check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 2.
2.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
