1. Check whether the mep mep-id mep-id lck enable level level-value command is run on a MEP in an inner MA. If this command is run, check whether the specified level is the same as the level of the MD to which the MEP generating the alarm belongs.
2. Run the undo mep mep-id mep-id lck enable command to disable the Ethernet lock (ETH-LCK) function on the MEP.
3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
