Description

Y.1731 does not support the current public tunnel.

Parameters

Possible Causes

Y.1731 does not support the current public tunnel.

Procedure

1. Check the public network tunnel type of the PW.

If the tunnel type is GRE, NodeSRTE, BGP, or SRv6, go to Step 2.
If the tunnel is not a GRE, NodeSRTE, BGP, or SRv6 tunnel, go to Step 3.

2. Non-GRE/NodeSRTE/BGP/SRv6 tunnels are used as public network tunnels.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
