HUAWEI-ALARM-MIB is used to ensure the alarm reliability. It provides the following functions:
Managing the SNMP destination host.
Supporting the synchronization of the lost alarm information based on the alarm ID and the synchronization of the lost event information based on the event ID.
Supporting the synchronization of the active alarm and event information at the device side.
