AVP	Description
Usage-Monitoring-Level	TheUsage-Monitoring-Level AVP (AVP code 1068) is of type Enumerated and it contains quota monitoring information and identifies a quota monitoring event. This AVP is included in an RAR or CCA message delivered by the PCRF. The following values are defined: SESSION_LEVEL(0) This value, if provided within an RAR or CCA message by the PCRF, indicates that the quota monitoring instance applies to the entire IP-CAN session. PCC_RULE_LEVEL (1) This value is the default value if the Usage-Monitoring-Level AVP is not carried in a message.
