AVP	Description
Usage-Monitoring-Support	The Usage-Monitoring-Support AVP (AVP code 1070) is of type Enumerated and is used by the PCRF to indicate whether usage monitoring shall be disabled for certain Monitoring Key. The following values are defined in 3GPP TS 29.212: USAGE_MONITORING_DISABLED(0) indicates that quota monitoring is disabled for a monitoring key. If no monitoring key is specified, the PCRF instructs the PCEF to stop monitoring session-level usage. If no monitoring key is specified, the PCRF instructs the PCEF to stop monitoring session-level usage.
