When clients attached to a CPE are connected to an LNS through a LAC and the CPE uses L2TP dial-up to obtain an IP address from the LNS, to allow the clients to properly communicate with the LNS, enable BGP route recursion to UNR routes.

A BGP route is recursed to the UNR routes so that devices attached to a CPE can communicate with the LNS.
After a CPE connected to an LNS through a LAC uses L2TP dial-up to obtain an IP address from the LNS functioning as a BRAS and the LNS learns the BGP route from the CPE, traffic cannot be forwarded through the BGP route between the clients attached to the CPE and the BRAS. To allow the clients to communicate with the BRAS, the BGP route must be recursed to UNR routes.
