A GQ profile contains user group queues' scheduling parameters, which include the CIR and PIR of user group queues.

Perform the following steps on the router:
Procedure
- Run system-view
The system view is displayed.
- Run user-group-queue group-name
The user group queue view is displayed.
- Perform one of the following operations based on actual requirements:
- Run the shaping shaping-value [ pbs pbs-value ] { inbound | outbound } command to set a shaping value.
- Run the weight weight-value outbound command to set a weight value.
- Run the cir cir-value [ cbs cbs-value ] [ pir pir-value [ pbs pbs-value ] ] outbound command to set a CIR.
The shaping shaping-value [ pbs pbs-value ] { inbound | outbound } and cir cir-value [ cbs cbs-value ] [ pir pir-value [ pbs pbs-value ] ] outbound commands are mutually exclusive.
