Using Three-Plane Security Isolation and Defense of the X.805

NetEngine 8000 F routers use the three-plane security isolation mechanism of X.805, as shown in the following figure.

By isolating the control, management, and forwarding planes, the routers ensure the normal running of other planes when any plane is attacked.
