Verifying the Configuration

By running the following display commands, you can view the configured CAR functions.

Procedure

Run the display cpu-defend policy policy-number command to check rules for filtering the packets to be sent to the CPU.
Run the display cpu-defend { all | application-apperceive | tcpip-defend | tcpip-defend-v6 | total-packet | urpf } statistics [ slot slot-id ] command to check statistics about packets discarded by CAR.
Run the display cpu-defend protocol-group { whitelist | user-defined-flow | management | route-protocol | multicast | arp | mpls | access-user | link-layer | network-layer | system-message | blacklist | check-failed | fwddata-to-cp | all } configuration slot slot-id command to check the bandwidth and weight of packets are sent to the CPU in a protocol group.
Run the display cpu-defend protocol-group { whitelist | user-defined-flow | management | route-protocol | multicast | arp | mpls | access-user | link-layer | network-layer | system-message | blacklist | check-failed | fwddata-to-cp | all } statistics slot slot-id command to check statistics about protocol packets to be sent to the CPU in a protocol group.

Run the following commands to check the weights of packets to be sent to the CPU in protocol queues of the protocol groups.
