In home user access, HW-QOS-Profile-Name is used to configure the bandwidth for each service in the home. In common user access, HW-QOS-Profile-Name is used to configure the total bandwidth and scheduling preference of service traffic.

The radius-attribute case-sensitive qos-profile-name command allows the device to determine whether to distinguish case-sensitive letters for the HW-QOS-Profile-Name (31) attribute delivered by the RADIUS server. After this command is run, the device keeps the upper-case and lower-case letters of the HW-QOS-Profile-Name (31) attribute and strictly matches them against the QoS profile name configured on the device. By default, this command is not run on the device, and the device converts the content of the HW-QOS-Profile-Name (31) attribute to be lower-case letters and strictly matches the case-sensitive letters against the QoS profile name configured on the device. Therefore, it is recommended that the radius-attribute case-sensitive qos-profile-name command contain all lower-case letters. Otherwise, the content of the HW-QOS-Profile-Name (31) attribute fails to match against the QoS profile name configured on the device. As a result, users fail to go online.

The radius-attribute qos-profile no-exist-policy { offline | online } command configures a policy used when the QoS profile delivered by the RADIUS server does not exist. By default, if the QoS profile delivered by the RADIUS server does not exist, the no-exist-policy is 'offline'. If 'online' is specified in the command, user bandwidth cannot exceed the interface's bandwidth. If the "qos-profile" command has been configured in the domain or interface view, bandwidth will be limited based on the QoS profile configured.
