1. A loopback on a subcard interface may cause the peer interface to go Down. 2. When a loopback is configured on a subcard interface, the interface is blocked for 50 ms. As a result, traffic is interrupted for 50 ms (when the peer interface is not Down). 3. You can loop back a subcard interface only once every 24 hours. 4. If a fault is detected, the subcard is reset. The subcard can be reset only once every 24 hours. |
