DSVPN Overview

DSVPN allows enterprises to connect their HQ (hub) and branches (spokes) in different areas through the public network. Branches can dynamically establish VPNs with the HQ and with each other. This fully utilizes public network resources and helps enterprises lower network construction costs.

On the DSVPN network shown in Figure 1, branches use dynamic addresses to access the public network and dynamically establish spoke-spoke tunnels with each other for direct communication between them.
