Monitoring the Operating Status of a DHCP Client

This section describes how to use display commands to monitor the operating status of a DHCP client.

In routine maintenance, you can run the following command in any view to view the operating status of a DHCP client.

Run the display dhcp client statistics [ interface interface-type interface-number ] command to view packet statistics on a DHCP client.
