Possible Causes

The SVF enabling status of the AS and parent is different.

Procedure

Check whether the SVF function has been enabled on the parent based on alarm parameters.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 3.
If the SVF function has been enabled on the parent, the AS must be unconfigured and have the SVF function enabled through auto-negotiation.
If the SVF function is not enabled on the parent, run the uni-mng command on the parent to enable the SVF function.
Run the display_as_access_configuration command on the AS. If the AS mode field displays centralized or independent, the SVF function has been enabled on the AS.
