Parameters

Name Meaning
[oid] Indicates the MIB object ID of the alarm.

hwClockAttributeChassisIndex

This object indicates the index of the chassis where the clock source is located. In the case of a single chassis, the index is 1.

hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex

This object indicates the index of the chassis where the clock source is located. In the case of a single chassis, the index is 1.

hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex

This object indicates the index of a clock source type.
  • bits(1): external clock source
  • ptp(2): PTP source
  • interface(3): interface clock source

hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex

This object indicates the index of the clock source.

hwClockChassisId

This object indicates the ID of the chassis where the clock source resides.

hwClockPllId

This object indicates the PLL ID.
  • System(1): system PLL
  • sync2M-1(2): 2M PLL-1
  • sync2M-2(3): 2M PLL-2

hwClockAttributeInputThreshold

This object indicates the threshold for the input SSM level of an external clock source.

hwClockSrcCfgSourceSsm

This object indicates the SSM level of the clock source.
  • unk(0)
  • prc(2)
  • ssua(4)
  • ssub(8)
  • sec(11)
  • dnu(15)

Impact on the System

Synchronization between the device and clock source fails.

Possible Causes

When the SSM control function is enabled, the input SSM level of the clock source fell below the threshold.

Procedure

  1. Run the display clock config command to check the threshold for the input SSM level of the clock source.

    • If the input SSM level threshold is displayed as dnu, no input SSM level threshold is configured. Go to step 3.
    • If the input SSM level threshold is a value other than dnu, go to step 2.

  2. Run the display clock source command to check the SSM level of the clock source.

    • If the SSM level falls below the threshold, run the clock source ssm command in the system view or run the clock ssm command in the interface view to change the SSM level threshold.
    • If the SSM level is not below the threshold, go to step 3.

  3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
