Protocol packets were dropped because CPCAR was ineffective.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
Protocol	Indicates the protocol type.
slot	Indicates a slot ID on a standalone switch where stacking is not enabled. Indicates a stack ID in a stack.
CIR/CBS	Indicates the committed information rate and committed burst size.

Within the 5-minute detection interval, all CPU-bound protocol packets were discarded because the deny action was not configured.

The device will automatically reconfigure CPCAR values, and no action is required.
