  • Fans on the device are faulty.

Procedure

  1. Clean the air vent and check whether the alarm is cleared.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 2.
  2. Reduce the ambient temperature and check whether the alarm is cleared.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 3.
  3. Run the display fan command to check the fan status. Ensure that fans are working normally and check whether the alarm is cleared.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 4.
  4. Add fans and check whether the alarm is rectified.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
