HTTP2C/5/CHANNEL_STATUS: Channel state change.(AppType = [STRING], SrcAddr = [STRING], Port = [STRING], DestAddr = [STRING], Port = [STRING], OldState = [STRING], NewState = [STRING])

Description

The channel status changes.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
AppType	Channel type. 1: Authentication channel, which is established with the controller for authentication. 2: Performance reporting channel, which is established with the controller for performance reporting. 3: Registration center channel, which is established with eSight for registration center query. 4: Performance reporting channel, which is established with the IES for performance reporting. 5: Service channel, which is established with the controller for IP-group message exchange.
SrcAddr	Source address.
Port	Source port number.
DestAddr	Destination address.
Port	Destination port number.
OldState/NewState	Old or new status of a channel. The options are as follows: 0: The channel is idle. 1: The channel is obtaining the local certificate. 2: The channel is being initialized and waits for reconnection. 3: The channel is Up. 4: The channel fails to be established and waits for reconnection. 5: The number of reconnection attempts reaches the maximum, and the channel establishment is terminated.

Possible Causes

The status of the HTTP 2.0 channel between the HTTP 2.0 client and controller changes.

Procedure

If services are normal when the channel status changes, no action is required.
If services are abnormal when the channel status changes, collect log and configuration information and contact technical support.
