Run the display pki certificate command to check whether the certificate exists.
- If not, apply for a new certificate.
- If so, go to step 2.
Run the pki match-rsa-keycertificate-filename command in the system view to check whether the certificate matches the key pair.
- If not, apply for a certificate that matches the key pair.
- If so, collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support.
