HTTP/5/HANDSHAKE_TIMEOUT: HTTP user handshake timed out. ( UserName=[STRING], IPAddress=[STRING], VpnName=[ STRING])

Description

The server did not receive handshake packets within a specified period.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
UserName User name
IPAddress User IP address
VpnName

Name of a VPN instance

Possible Causes

Cause 1: In normal conditions, the client did not send handshake packets to the server, causing users to be logged out.

Cause 2: A user directly closed the web browser without logging out first.

Procedure

  • Cause 1: In normal conditions, the client did not send handshake packets to the server, causing users to be logged out.
    1. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  • Cause 2: A user directly closed the web browser without logging out first.
