POE/4/POEPWABSENT: PoE power is absent. (FrameID=[ULONG], SlotID=[ULONG])

No PoE power supply on a PoE device is working properly.

FrameID	Indicates the chassis ID of a device in a stack.
SlotID	Indicates the slot ID of the PoE power supply.

The PoE power module is not unregister or is faulty.

Run the display device command to check whether power modules of the PWR or PWH type are properly installed.
- If not, install a PoE power module. The log handling ends.
- If so, go to step 2.
Run the display poe information command to check whether the power of the PoE power module is in the normal range.
- If so, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
- If not, replace this PoE power module.
