POE/4/RESETPORT: Reset this port [STRING].

Description

The interface is reset some time after it failed.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

STRING

Indicates the interface number.

Possible Causes

The chip on the DIMM failed.

Procedure

  1. The device will automatically reset this interface, removing the need to manually reset this interface.
  2. If the fault persists after this interface is reset, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
