The AP restarted.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
MAC	AP's MAC address.
ApID	AP ID.
Sysname	AP's system name.
Reason	Reason for an AP restart. If the reason is config-fail, the AP is restarted because configuration delivery fails.

The configuration fails to be delivered to an AP when it goes online, and the AP then restarts.

Check whether the AP can go online after the restart.
