WLAN/3/AP_RESET_FAIL: AP reset failed. (MAC=[OPAQUE], ApID=[ULONG], Sysname=[STRING], Reason=[STRING])

The AP failed to be restarted.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
MAC	Indicates the AP's MAC address.
ApID	Indicates the AP ID.
Sysname	Indicates the AP's system name.
Reason	Indicates the reason for an AP restart failure. update reset: The AP is upgraded. clear config: The AP configuration is cleared. reset timeout: The AP configuration command execution times out because the port is down. other reason: Other reasons.

The link between the AP and AC was faulty or the link environments were bad. As a result, the restart packet sent from the AC to the AP was lost.

Check whether the link between the AP and AC is working properly.
- If so, go to 2.
- If not, go to 3.
Restart the AP and check whether the log is still generated.
- If so, go to 3.
- If not, go to 4.
Collect traps, logs, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
